CNN has open voting for the iReport Film Festival. If you're like me, it might take a while to get through the 20 short videos and rank them, but if you have -fast- internet service it shouldn't take long at all. Some I knew right off I didn't like, so didn't bother watching more than the first 10-15 seconds.
